Shipping

We strive to ship all order within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 3:00 PM (Mountain Time) Friday will be shipped the following Monday. All orders are shipped via USPS, and customers will receive an email update with tracking information once they have shipped. Some small orders are shipped as flat envelopes, for which USPS does not offer tracking. Domestic orders usually arrive within 1 week of shipping, though they can occasionally take longer. If the order has not been delivered within 30 days of shipment, we will consider it missing/lost.

Missing/Lost Orders

If your domestic order has not been delivered within 30 days of receiving shipping confirmation, and the USPS tracking information does not indicate it has been delivered, please contact us for a refund or replacement. This happens very rarely, but when it does we make it our priority to do right by the customer. NOTE that we won’t be responsible for a re-shipped order that is lost a second time.

International orders can take as long as eight weeks to arrive, depending the destination and local customs/postal policies. We will consider an international order to be lost if tracking shows it has not been delivered after 90 days. If an international order is lost (that is, undelivered after 90 days), we will re-ship the items at no additional cost, or we will refund your order minus the postal expense. NOTE that we won’t be responsible for a re-shipped order that is lost a second time.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives in poor condition due to damage in transit, let us know and we will replace the damaged parts/components. If the USPS tracking information says your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we suggest waiting a few days for it to turn up, after which we will mail a replacement as necessary.

Returns and Cancellations

If you have received an order and would like to return it for whatever reason, you must ship it back to us in its original (unused, all perforations intact) condition and packaging, after which we will refund your order minus the amount we paid to ship it to you. If you have placed an order and have not yet received shipping confirmation, you may attempt to cancel it by contacting us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee it will be addressed before we ship it out. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled (though it can be returned). Additionally, PDF orders cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled.

PDF Delivery

If your order contains any PDF products, you will receive a link to download them immediately after completing the checkout process. The link will also be sent to the email address used for your order for future use. Once the link has been clicked, it will be active for 24 hours and then expire (NOTE: only the LINK will expire, the file your download from it is permanent). If there are any issues with the file or download process, contact us and we will assist as needed. Please also note that PDF products are not refundable.
