Post Holiday Sale News and Notes!
Thanks to everyone who participated in our annual holiday sale! I'm happy to say that ALL purchases are on their way, the last package was mailed on Saturday. >>Whew!<< If you have any questions about your order, please reach out, we're happy to help.
All in all, everything went pretty well with this year's sale. We had a few bumps in the early stages and some frustrations boiled over a little bit--understandable, and forgivable. We hold no grudges. I hope everyone took advantage of the card set freebies we posted, for golf, hoops and hockey. Many thanks for the gracious, encouraging e-mails and messages we received during the week--they were very much appreciated!
Moving forward...
Our supply of games and card sets has been pretty well cleaned out, we are working this week to replenish. With that in mind, we're going to focus (almost) ENTIRELY on re-stocking for the next three days. (Most) orders for printed products placed after 5pm MT today (Monday 12.04.23) will ship first thing Friday 12.08.23. (We will be able to ship some orders for card sets we do have in stock before Friday.) As I'm writing this, tennis, golf, hoops, and hockey are out of stock for PLAAY Classic, and Score Cards, Roller Rumble and Jai-Alai our out of stock for PLAAY Now. We'll work on getting as many of these as we can back in stock by the weekend.
We will also be building up as big an inventory as we can for both Draft Duel and its Expansion pack, and also the "Compleat How-To Guide Collection." Sam is busy right now, both the printer and finisher are running pretty much non-stop. We'll plan to make these items live again right after our stream Thursday night.
We’ve re-ordered PLAAY mats for Hockey Blast Express, they should arrive before the end of the year. If you put your name on the wait list, you’ll be notified when they’re available again.
Our annual Online Christmas Party is ON for Thursday 12.14.23, 6pm MT (8pm ET). We've gotten some great goodies for our White Elephant Gift Exchange, it will be FUN to open them! If you want to be part of this, the deadline for mailing your gift is tomorrow (12.05.23). If you didn’t get a chance to mail one, no worries—thanks to the generosity of several community members, we have extra gifts AND a postage budget to mail them! So, we'll choose the FIRST participants in the gift exchange from the online audience, no gift submission needed! (This will be beneficial for those who sent gifts, because they'll have probably a half-dozen already-opened gifts that they can steal, haha!).
We'll go over the rules of the gift exchange and the party itinerary on this Thursday night's stream (12.07.23).
Finally, our official PLAAY gamer sports board game "Ugly Christmas Sweater" is available again (we had requests for this!), available in blue or green. (I'll wear mine Thursday night, haha!)
