The year 2025 saw Scottie Scheffler continue to dominate the world of men’s golf. Scheffler won six titles, including two majors, and he recorded an extraordinary 18 top ten finishes in 21 starts on the way to becoming most people’s choice as ‘golfer of the year’.
The only other contender for this accolade was Rory McIlroy, who won four times worldwide in 2025, including his second PLAYERS Championship in March and an emotional victory at the Masters in April, a victory that saw him become just the sixth male golfer to complete the career grand slam.
In addition to Scottie Scheffler's and Rory McIlroy's achievements, 2025 saw several other notable accomplishments. J.J. Spaun won his first major at the U.S. Open; Tommy Fleetwood claimed his long-awaited first victory on the PGA Tour in style by winning the TOUR Championship and, as a result, the FedEx Cup; Ben Griffin enjoyed a breakout year with three victories and was one of an astonishing 17 first-time winners on Tour; and who can forget the raucous scenes at Bethpage Black in September as Europe retained the Ryder Cup despite a spirited fightback by the American team on the final day?
Every golfer who had a top ten finish in 2025 is carded for this set, as are many who did not, more than 250 golfers in all, spread across both pro tours. Each golfer's card, from those at the top of the money list to those who often missed the cut, is thoughtfully crafted to re-create his real-life golf game on your tabletop. Big hitters like Bryson DeChambeau and Rory McIlroy will get that extra yardage from the tee, and whilst McIlroy will often sacrifice accuracy for distance, guys like Russell Henley and Brian Harman, although lacking in power, will more often than not find the fairway. Sharpshooters like J.J. Spaun and Collin Morikawa will be among your most lethal with an iron in hand, while Cameron Young—not so much. Once on the green, you'll enjoy watching the likes of Sam Burns and Harry Hall sink the clutch putts, while guys like Rico Hoey and Will Zalatoris will sometimes struggle to get the ball into the cup! Oh, and as for Scottie Scheffer – he pretty much excels at everything!
