Big league baseball is back! This is the fourteenth year in a row that we've released a new card set based on the previous big league season for History Maker Baseball, so by now, you know the drill! This PDF edition of the card set lets you download, print and PLAAY, right away!
Here's what's new/notable for the 2025 Pro Season PDF for History Maker Baseball...
• We’ve made some subtle design changes to enhance the look of the cards. Most notably, the card set number is positioned below the player's usage symbol. Nonetheless, the presentation is substantially similar to past pro season releases. The standard version includes over 1000 players carded, every player with at least 100 at bats or 20 innings pitched, about 35 players per team.
• Player Movement/Double-Carded Players: We've again provided player movement helps to help you quickly tailor your set to align with the kind of tabletop project you’re planning to run. For the digital set, we're again incorporating the "traded" and "acquired" symbols from our previous in-season card sets onto the cards. You’ll find these symbols on the position line of the player’s card.
• STRONG and TERSE endurance qualities for pitchers. For several years now, we've included the TERSE and SRONG pitching stamina qualities in the annual "in-season" set, but have left them out of the full-season releases. We're going to leave them in this year, and see what the response is. These qualities do NOT appear in the game book. They are related to usage ONLY. TERSE pitchers have less endurance and make brief appearances. STRONG pitchers have additional endurance and make extended appearances. You are not obligated to observe these qualities--they are completely optional.
• Usage symbols for umpires. These work the same for umps as for players: a fill-in star indicates full-time usage; outlined star indicates part-time usage; no usage star indicates infrequent appearances. Every ump who appeared in at least 10 games is included.
