Round out your collection of All-Time Franchise Great Hockey Teams for HOCKEY BLAST Pro Hockey Game, with Series THREE! We've added the best-of-the-best from the remaining six pro franchises, PLUS a half-dozen all-new, teams of all-time great players!

With this third set of all-timers, you'll be able to expand your "rink of dreams" to include the greatest players ever to wear the sweaters of the six newest pro hockey franchises: Anaheim, Atlanta/Winnipeg, Columbus, Florida, Minnesota, and Nashville! Each club is represented by its historically best and most colorful players, 24 players for each team, and will be competitive with the "originals" in every way. Each of the teams is stocked with entirely new/different players than earlier sets—there are no double-carded carry-overs from previous ATFG teams. With the ATFG Series THREE cards, you can create rivalries between the "new" and "original" Minnesota franchises, the two former Atlanta franchise can battle it out for ex-pat supremacy, and much MORE!

But wait—that's just HALF the fun! We wanted to make this third collection of all-time teams the same size as the previous two collections, twelve teams. We thought long and hard about it, and came up with six all-NEW, out-of-the-box all-time teams for you to complete your collection and enjoy...

All-Time Oakland/Cleveland: When the pro league expanded to twelve teams for the '67-68 season, Oakland was one of the six new franchises. Despite ownership changes, fan apathy and an ill-fated move to Cleveland, this club had its share of interesting, colorful players over its often-painful but all-too-brief twelve-year history.

All-Time Legacy (I and II): These two squads feature pioneer hockey players who played in the days prior to World War II.

All-Time WHA: A great many players skated in "The Dub," many of whom continued their playing days when the league was absorbed into the established pro league beginning with the '79-80 season. This team includes memorable WHA players who did not make it onto any of the previous ATFG Hockey Blast squads.

All-Time USSR: Back in the days of the Cold War and the Iron Curtain, the Soviet Union would not allow its top players to skate in the North American pro leagues, for fear that they wouldn't return. This squad is comprised of many of those players—and they will be TOUGH to beat!

All-Time Extras: Here, we carded an additional player for each of the existing 30 pro teams (and an extra player for Oakland/Cleveland as well). You can play them as their own team—"The Leftovers"—or, place each player with his appropriate club for added depth.

Just think of all the fun you can have, watching these legendary players come to life on your card stock hockey rink! Set up your own "Cup of Legends" tournament, matching up clubs in semi-final, final and championship rounds. Or, choose your favorite team, and play out a full 70 or 80 game schedule against the other all-time great teams. With HOCKEY BLAST'S quick game time, you could conduct such a project in only a matter of weeks! Of course, the set is perfect for "hey, I've got some free time—let's play hockey!," grabbing a couple teams from your game box and lacing up the skates!

However you want to use these cards, they're sure to deliver realistic, hall-of-fame hockey! Each team is cumulatively rated based on its all-time historical performance. So Anaheim and Nashville will be most competitive with the "graybeard" franchises, while Columbus and Atlanta/Winnipeg will have a tougher path to your all-time title. Within this team ratings framework, each player is rated for his overall career performance: the high-flying scorers will repeatedly light the lamp on your game table; the staunch defenders will turn away plays; the legendary goalies will make memorable game-winning saves; the epic enforcers will shift the momentum with their shoulders and fists! It's like having your own hockey time machine, creating memorable match-ups featuring legendary hockey players, whenever you want!

The All-Time Franchise Great Teams, Series THREE cards for HOCKEY BLAST give you 24 players for each of the twelve franchises, each presented in classic team colors on micro-perfed cardstock sheets for easy separation, for just $21 postage-paid!*
