DISCLAIMER: The “How-To” guide for RED WHITE & BLUE RACIN’ has, admittedly, been a long time coming. Over the years, when people have asked why there isn’t a guide for RWBR and/or when one might be coming out, I’ve consistently (and truthfully) responded that the process is difficult to put into words. With that in mind, I feel like a disclaimer is necessary prior to purchase. I’ve tried my best to explain the ratings process in the guide, but the truth is you will have to make some subjective decisions in creating your cards, the same kind of decisions that we have to make. In many cases, there is no “right” or “wrong” rating for a driver or a track, rather, there’s an assortment of alternative schemes, each with benefits and drawbacks. YOU will make the decision, sometimes based on intuition, logic or personal preference.
